One indie record label that has been a topic of conversation around the Tripwire office more and more lately is Minneapolis’ Afternoon Records. We received a link from the label just a little while ago from one of their bands, One For The Team. Although the band’s MySpace page lists five members, their press shots have six. Regardless of how many people are in the band, the demo of “Best Supporting Actor” is mighty awesome.
The track is a demo version taken from their new album, which they are currently looking to release in October. If the rest of the album turns out as fun as this song, we will be in for a real treat. If you like catchy, fun indie pop, give this one a listen!
